A posição dos Estados Unidos nas negociações sobre propriedade intelectual e biodiversidade na OMC

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the position of USA in the negotiations on intellectual property and biodiversity which are under development in the process review of the article 27.3(b) in accordance with TRIPS. Among other issues, the main conflicts between USA and other members of the WTO will be discussed.
