Samuel Beckett's First Love tale is marked by derisive and sarcastic strangeness. It proposes a critical literary study in order to associate the irresistible fascination of the Beckettian writing towards rekindled sonorities. The research involves studies of sound signifiers within the vocal-body construction traversed by rapturous and sometimes hostile language, as evidenced in the referred short story.
