About the Journal

The "Revista VIS", related to the Post-Graduation Program in Visual Arts of the University of Brasília, is a six-monthly academic-scientific publication, dedicated to the dissemination and debate of articles, investigations and approaches in order to enrich the production of knowledge linked to the visual arts. Therefore, the publication seeks to dialogue with different areas of knowledge, seeking to collaborate for a differentiated education of researchers, educators and students. The journal accepts articles for thematic dossiers, organized by professors invited by the Post-Graduation Program, under the entire responsibility of them, and by invitation of the Editorial Board, as well as for dossiers, articles, translations, interviews and reviews that concern any theme linked to artistic production. We only publish texts in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
