TRANSFORMATION AND CONSTRUCTION IN THE SOCIAL INTERACTION:
THE LANGUAGE'S ROLE
Keywords:
Intersubjectivity, Representation, Language as actionAbstract
Based upon the idea designed by Vygotsky in the beginning
of this century, the present paper emphasizes the relative contribution of
language development to the construction of man, underlining aspects
related to intersubjectivity, representation and language as action, considering
recent results in Linguistics, Philosophy and Psychology. It is concluded
that the notion of representation is incompatible with intersubjectivity
and language as action.
