PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL. INSTRUMENT DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
Four psychometric measures were developed to evaluate
job performance of administrative and clerical personnel. The content
of the measures was obtained through empirical data by means of Flanagan's
technique of "critical incidents", assuring content validity. Measure
A (13 factors) assesses job performance of directors, 6(17 factors)
evaluates job supervisors; С (14 factors) measures clerical jobs and D
(12 factors), low executive jobs.
