Resumo

RESUMO - Um levantamento empírico com 102 controladores de tráfego aéreo do CINDACTA I, Brasília, DF, permitiu estabelecer e organizar o conjunto de tarefas específicas que estes profissionais executam. Após breve resumo histórico do desenvolvimento desta profissão no Brasil, são apresentadas as tarefas - 87 tarefas agrupadas em 17 atividades e em 4 núcleos de atividades -, bem como os requisitos (12 fatores) necessários ao bom desempenho das mesmas.
