Abstract

I propose here a Portuguese version of the introduction to the Critical Journal of Philosophy, written by Hegel and Schelling. The translated version is accompanied by an introduction in which I explain the intellectual and biographical context of Hegel’s collaboration with Schelling (1), the meaning of Unphilosophie, whose critique the authors are aiming at (2), and finally the general argument structured by the Jounal’s Introduction (3)

Author Biography

Erick Lima, Universidade de Brasília - UnB

Possui graduação (1998), mestrado (2002), doutorado (2006) e pós-doutorado (2008) em Filosofia pela UNICAMP, tendo realizado, como mestrando e doutorando, estágios de pesquisa em universidades e institutos na Alemanha. Foi professor adjunto da Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL) e pesquisador colaborador da UNICAMP. ATUALMENTE É PROFESSOR ADJUNTO II (DE) no DEPARTAMENTO de FILOSOFIA DA UNIVERSIDADE de BRASÍLIA (UnB). O trabalho de pesquisa enfatiza interfaces entre a filosofia social e a teoria das ciências humanas. O projeto em andamento gira em torno da retomada de elementos da teoria hegeliana da eticidade (1802-1821) em contextos contemporâneos de discussão, em especial no pensamento de Jürgen Habermas e Axel Honneth. Tem experiência na área de Filosofia, com ênfase em Ética, Filosofia Política, Filosofia do Direito e História da Filosofia moderna e contemporânea. Principais interesses: antecedentes e legado da filosofia kantiana; relação entre Kant e o contratualismo, especialmente Hobbes e Rousseau; aspectos epistemológicos e ético-políticos do debate alemão pós-kantiano; filosofia teórica e prática de J. G. Fichte; evolução do projeto hegeliano; eticidade e direito em Hegel e a crítica ao contratualismo; Hegel e as teorias contemporâneas da justiça; intersubjetividade em um registro pós-metafísico ; questões acerca da Tradição Dialética (Platão, Hegel, Marx e Adorno); pragmatismo, epistemologia e linguagem; reformulação do paradigma crítico de racionalidade no pensamento pós-hegeliano.
