Utilização de Técnicas de Inteligência Artificial na Segmentação de Imagens para Análise de Modelos Fotoelásticos

Em projetos de sistemas mecânicos a análise experimental é importante para a caracterização de componentes de um sistema complexo, podendo a sua aplicação ser orientada pelas técnicas analítico computacional. Sendo a segmentação de imagens uma etapa importante deste processo, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo revisar os métodos de segmentação de imagens que utilizam técnicas de Inteligência Artificial como a lógica fuzzy e computação evolucionária, indicando as possíveis aplicações destas ferramentas na análise de tensões de modelos fotoelásticos.
