O objetivo do presente trabalho é apresentar uma análise estrutural virtual de um módulo fotovoltaico instalado no topo de prédios com, em média, 30 metros de altura (em torno de 10 andares), na cidade de Belo Horizonte/MG/Brasil, com a finalidade de avaliar a distribuição do stress e das deformações sobre o componente, quando submetido à velocidade média real do vento local, que representa as condições de trabalho do mesmo. Para este estudo, foi gerado um modelo do módulo fotovoltaico em CAD que, posteriormente, foi importado para o software ANSYS 16.2, no qual foi submetido à força dos ventos conforme norma NBR-6123. Por fim, foi realizada a análise dos resultados referentes ao comportamento deste módulo quando sujeito a estas condições.
