Analyse psychométrique et validation de l’échelle de précarité de l’emploi dans l’enseignement supérieur public

Il existe certains instruments dans la littérature pour mesurer l’insécurité au travail, y compris l’échelle d’insécurité d’emploi (JIS). Le but de cet article était de présenter les propriétés psychométriques de JIS et la validation de l’échelle pour la population brésilienne et portugaise dans l’enseignement supérieur. L’étude a porté sur 335 travailleurs d’universités publiques. Une analyse de confirmation, des comparaisons de groupe et des estimations de la fiabilité ont été utilisées. Les résultats indiquent un ajustement acceptable pour jis et révèlent que les travailleurs portugais et brésiliens présentent des différences statistiquement significatives dans la dimension quantitative de JIS. L’instrument s’est avéré être une mesure valable pour évaluer la perception de l’insécurité chez les travailleurs des universités publiques, mais la prudence est nécessaire dans l’utilisation dans les études comparatives entre les pays.
