Abstract

This article examines the assumptions of social systems theory that are specifically related to the concepts action, self systems and contextualism. Moreover, it also focuses on the possibilities of the investigation of social events, gi ving
particular attention to analytic qualitative procedures of multidetermination relationships. The implications derived from the
present analysis are directed toward solving the problem of professional training and work activities of I/O psychologist.
