Abstract

The work in question refers to an experience which took
place in an educational institution. The theoretical reference therein was
that of the Institutional Analysis and the concepts used as priorities for the
analysis were: the institution understood as a manner which produces and
reproduces social relationships; transversatility; implication and analyser.
The operation was developed at a State first grade and high school of the
State of Espirito Santo Educational System. The analysing devices built
up for the analysis were groups and assemblies. We observed as consequence
of the work developed, a gradual increase in the organization of the teaching participants. The teachers who participated in the analysis
began a commom process of administrative and teaching techniques, allowing
a more effective participation of these professionals in the establishment
in question.
