O Modelo Triádico no Contexto de Terapia Comportamental com Famílias

Resumo

O trabalho parte da descrição de três formas freqüentes de terapia comportamental com famílias: (1) treino de pais em manejo de contingências; (2) contrato de contingências e (3) treino familiar de resolução de problemas. Com auxílio de definições dadas por estudiosos expressivos da área acerca desses três tipos de intervenção, o texto pretende alcançar dois objetivos principais: (1) esclarecer o significado das intervenções descritas, abrangidas pelo modelo triádico no qual há nomínimo três pessoas envolvidas no trabalho terapêutico de uma criança (psicólogo, mediador e alvo); (2) mostrar como a maior compreensão da terapia comportamental familiar levou a ampliação do modelo de modo a incluir uma diversidade de novas intervenções também descritas no decorrer do trabalho.
