Abstract

The present article deals our area of interest, that concerns in a research about the information professional performance in the knowledge organizations. A study of the market demand to by that professional will be accomplished close the consulting companies and of recruitment and selection of human resources. It will be studied the information professional profile, training and abilities requested by the market.
