Abstract

In this work, affiliated with interactional sociolinguistics and text linguistics, we aim to promote a theoretical reflection on the relationship between three socio-cognitive axes of language (linguistic-discursive tools, textual sequences and textual genres) in the production of diverse texts, as well as propose a continuous composition between the definitions of textual genres and texts. From the use of a note as an example, we hope to give visibility both to the line between the axes mentioned in the writing of texts and to the conceptual nuances between textual genre and text, thus proposing a continuum of properties related to the constructs, by virtue of the generic cognitive frameworks that we make throughout our sociointerational/cultural experiences with such genres.

Rodrigo Albuquerque, Universidade de Brasília

É professor adjunto I no Departamento de Linguística, Português e Línguas Clássicas (LIP) da Universidade de Brasília, credenciado ao Programa de Pós-graduação em Linguística (PPGL) da mesma instituição. Atua, especialmente, nas áreas de sociolinguística interacional, estudos etnográficos, cognição social, linguística de texto e ensino de português brasileiro como primeira língua e como língua adicional. Sobre a formação acadêmica, é doutor em Linguística pela Universidade de Brasília, Mestre em Linguística pela mesma universidade e graduado em Letras Português do Brasil como Segunda Língua também pela UnB. É também líder do grupo de pesquisa "(Im)polidez em diferentes contextos sócio/interculturais", cadastrado no CNPq.
