The Mulheres Inspiradoras project was, initially, conceived and developed by Professor Gina Viera Ponte at the Center for Elementary Education 12 in Ceilândia (Federal District), with the purpose of questioning the representation of women in public schools in the Federal District. After several awards and recognition, had, in 2017, its expansion to 15 public schools in the Federal District, among which CEF 31 de Ceilandia was the space used for this research. Using the didactic-reflexive orientation (ODR) and the analysis of oral and written genres in the school, the project was elaborated and carried out in the last grade of middle school during this year. It was sought to highlight the fundamental elements of the original proposal of the Mulheres Inspiradoras, bringing the gender issues to the classroom, as well as positioning itself before a reality marked by patriarchy. Thus, an important result in the teaching and learning process was achieved, with interdisciplinarity as a fundamental element and the reading as a key to the interpretation of reality and writing/speaking of students presented from a teaching review and students narratives examples.
