Abstract

The article aims to present the main
spatialities such as landscape, territory, region and
place, contemplating necessary updates for their understanding.
The study is carried out through conceptual
rescue and discussions relevant to the base, origin
and essence. Its importance is to develop critical
thinking in different segments of studies and to contribute
to the research of society in your movement.
The text is based mainly on texts and books by authors
of Philosophy and Geography, as well as others
that develop studies of contemporary space.

Author Biography

Kenia Madoz

Graduated in Geography from the University of Brasília with a bachelor's degree and licentiate degree (1991). Master in Architecture and Urbanism from PPG - FAU - UnB in Urban Planning and PhD in Architecture and Urbanism from PPG -FAU - UnB. Professor and tax auditor at the Brasília Environmental Institute IBRAM DF. She is currently part of the Aesthetics, Hermeneutics and Semiotics Center at PPG-FAU-UnB.
