A experiência do usuário em meios de pagamentos digitais móveis
Uma revisão dos métodos de avaliação

É relevante desenvolver uma pesquisa para identificar e classificar os principais métodos utilizados na avaliação da experiência do usuário dos meios de pagamento mobile nas publicações atuais. Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática utilizando as bases de dados ProQuest, Scopus e Web of Science, foram selecionados e classificados estudos com a predominância do tema central deste artigo para a extração e discussão dos métodos mais utilizados. Como resultado, é possível observar a importância do uso de questionários, tanto online quanto aplicados in loco. A revisão dos métodos mais utilizados nos estudos da área pretende facilitar a escolha de futuros pesquisadores ao desenvolver estudos na área de avaliação de experiência do usuário e do uso de meios de pagamentos digital mobile.
