It is relevant to develop a survey to identify and classify the main methods used to evaluate the user experience of mobile payment methods in current publications. Through a systematic literature review using the databases ProQuest, Scopus and Web of Science, studies were selected and classified with the predominance of the central theme of this article for the extraction and discussion of the most used methods. As a result, it was possible to observe the importance of using questionnaires, both online and applied in loco. The review of the methods most used in studies in the area aims to facilitate the choice of future researchers by developing studies in the area of ”‹”‹user experience evaluation and the use of digital mobile payment methods.
