Abstract

The growing use of Augmented Reality in mobile phone fashion product catalogs requires an assessment of the quality of your user experience to indicate the current state of technology and possible enhancements. The object of study is the Warby Parker brand application: a virtual catalog that has an area that uses Augmented Reality. The research assesses the attractiveness of the application through systematic user observation, application of the Attrak-Diff questionnaire in audience clippings: gender and use of visual correction. A relationship between quality of use experience and visual acuity was revealed: users who have visual impairment but use correction rated the application worse when compared to users who have uncorrected visual impairment. Thus, while the overall perceived quality of the experience is high, the app's attractiveness is worse for an important part of the public: users of eyeglass correction glasses
