History and Philosophy in the Episteme of Edward Hallett Carr: Between Utopia and Reality, Historical Exemplarity, and Prediction

Beyond the factual analysis of the international relations in the Interwar period promoted by Edward Carr - which is subject to natural aging - two characteristics/contributions of his work must be continuously examined, given their importance for understanding the contemporary international system: predictive prowess and philosophical contribution. This article, therefore, aims to analyze, from the perspective of History and Philosophy, these aspects of Edward H. Carr's episteme.
