Keywords:
Economic Sociology, organizational theory.Abstract
This article aims to demonstrate, in summary, the contribution
of the Economic Sociology to the organizational theory. Therefore,
the author presents five themes approached by the Economic Sociology
that have connections with demands and lacunas of the organizational
theory: institutional analysis of the markets, competition, business
groups, entrepreneurship, solidary economy. In each theme, the author
indicates the main studies and the improvement possibilities that the
approach with Economic Sociology can bring to the organizational
theory.
