Design, Technology and Rehabilitation: development of superficial and deep myofascial release tool

The present work develops and tests a tool designed to reduce the discomforts resulting from this therapeutic practice. The development of a tool through alpha prototype and design, prior search of patents related to these therapeutic practices, patent registration, creation of 10 (ten) units of this tool and testing with a group of 10 Quiropratas professionals. These use myofascial releases in their routine therapeutic approaches, and a qualitative study on the impressions around the developed tool is carried out. It is possible to affirm that with the use of the tool these professionals improved their quality of work, drastically reducing the bodily discomforts resulting from the clinical approach, as well as, potentiate the work generating better clinical results with patients, with the possibility of an improvement in the number during work shift
