Magic and Action in creative process: flow between intuition and structure as project catalyst

Abstract

This work presents a reflection about the necessary traffic between the energies of mistery and concretization when it comes to the project of contemporary visuality. Means to understand and catalyse the creative process are investigated through the transversality between Art and Design. It is important to drive attention to the risk that a significant amount of the production of images may be contaminated by tedium and redundancy, mostly as a consequence of the supposed magic from the technology devices from which they were originated. Therefore, it is opportune to examine the existence of a continuous flow between the energies of magic and the control like a fertile place to create. This does not mean that a space has to be occupied to the detriment of the other, but that mastering the techniques must necessarily accept the mistery.
