FLUENT AND REAL SPEECH BY ANA CRISTINA CESAR

Abstract

This essay presents a reading of Ana Cristina Cesar's poetics based on two main aspects: the fluency of her speech and the real aspect present in her text. Two verses of the poet, "the fluent speech as the act of love" and "the real builds the poem"[1], are the starting point for the development of an analysis that privileges not the understanding, but rather the apprehension of its poetry substance and proposes a reading from the clues that the author herself gives about her production. On the one hand, it is possible to observe the fluency of her speech and how her rhythm reconstructs the poetic experience and demands a committed reader. On the other hand, it analyzes how the real, that is banal and daily aspect is part of her poetry as well as a way of putting the poet in a certain place in front of the text.
