Social Issues and Social Work The editorial committee of Revista Ser Social, a journal of the Department of Social Service and the Graduate Program in Social Policy at the University of Brasília (UnB), makes public the call for papers for publication at number 50 (Jan./Jun. 2022 ) that will address the theme “Social Issues and Social Work”. The Editorial Committee of Revista Ser Social invites researchers, teachers, students and other interested parties in the area of ”‹”‹Social Work and related areas to contribute to the critical debate and the densification of knowledge production on the subject, submitting their articles for the respective number that focuses on the relationship between Social Issues and Social Work. Social Work as a profession within the social and technical division of labor under capitalism. The multiple expressions of the social question in bourgeois sociability, with their particularities for the Brazilian reality and Latin America. Conceptions, approaches, interpretations and fundamentals on the social issue. The expressions of the social question in contemporary times: trends and perspectives. The social issue in the process of training and working social workers. Social issue, classes and social struggles in capitalist society. Social issue, rights and social policies. Articles for the Journal, which is edited by the Graduate Program in Social Policy (PPGPS), of the Department of Social Service (SER) of the University of Brasilia (UnB), can be written in Portuguese, English or Spanish.
