Correlações entre migração forçada e terrorismo
Reflexões sobre a crise dos refugiados na Europa

A Europa têm sido palco de diversos atentados terroristas nos últimos anos. A recente onda migratória do Oriente Médio para a Europa contribuiu para a percepção de uma possível conexão entre refugiados e terrorismo. Há diversos argumentos a favor e contra desta suposta conexão. Todavia, este artigo busca demonstrar que ‘ondas migratórias’ ou ‘crise de refugiados’ não devem ser considerados como fatores que impulsionam ou ocasionam per se, ataques terroristas, pois não há evidências empíricas suficientes que comprovem o nexo causal entre migração forçada e terrorismo.
