Organizational commitment of librarians from the South and Southeast Brazil

The organizational commitment behavior approach was used to compare the institutionalized librarian, to the autonomous organizational behavior. The results showed higher organizational commitment by autonomous. Other results demonstrated the differences between the two groups, such as: motivation of the organization options, organization relationship, and ideal organization.
