Abstract

Its analysis the main difficulties and problems that the Brazilian Libraries have of face, examines the objectives set for the library system of the state of Bahia, outlines the objectives that oriented its implantation and the policy objectives of integrate the library in the educational planning. In face of high rate of our illiteracy rate; it considers more relevante the creation and development the training of the community to accept library services through book-mobiles, integration of the public school library services, story-hour, recreational activities such as folk & popular music concert.
