Coordenação e publicação de eventos biomédicos como atividade do bibliotecário

Abstract

Informs about the Biomedical events that are held annually in Brazil ant that are not published. Suggests the publication of these events as a librarian activity. Describes the systematics of the work that has been developped, since 1967, at the Section of Library, Documentation and Scientific Dissemination of the Institute of Cardiology of the Secretariat of the State of São Paulo, to publish these events. Concludes that this activity should attract the specialized librarians to contribute in the organization of these events.
