Qual é, então, a sensualidade-sexualidade africana, distinta do erotismo ocidental? O que ela representa antes do impacto das influências hegemônicas ocidentais? Este artigo aborda essas questões não apenas para fornecer uma linha de base para a análise das ideias e atitudes contemporâneas da África em relação ao sexo, e para compreender as diferentes maneiras de conceber a sexualidade dentro do universo espacial africano, mas também para revelar a lógica subjacente a essas práticas.
