Dark Matter of the Mind (“Matéria Escura da Mente”) destina-se a elaborar uma teoria antropológica e cognitiva da linguagem humana, no âmbito de uma abordagem empírica, com o objetivo de dar conta da inter-relação de conceitos e categorias fundamentais dessas disciplinas, como os conceitos de língua, cultura, mente e inconsciente; e as categorias do não falado (unspoken) e do inefável (ineffable). A inter-relação desses conceitos foi denominada pelo autor “Matéria Escura”, a partir do conceito homônimo da cosmologia, o qual diz respeito a uma forma de matéria no universo que seria somente postulada e detectada por experimentos indiretos.Downloads
