Análise morfológica de um texto Tupí

Abstract

Ainda não se publicou nenhum estudo amplo da morfologia do Tupíantigo. Embora esta língua venha, há mais de 15 anos, sendo objeto de estudoem centros universitários, ainda não apareceu nenhuma descrição modernade sua estrutura.1 No presente artigo não se pretende fazer metódica descriçãoda morfologia tupí, mas procura-se descrever e comentar diversos aspectosdela, através da análise que se fará de um texto. As formas que ocorrem notexto constituem a motivação para o estudo das principais características dagramática tupí.
