Abstract

El presente trabajo se interroga acerca de la alteridad en el marco de un dispositivo estatal que busca cumplir la ley, y además, satisfacer las demandas. Intenta presentar algunos dispositivos de poder y de resistencia que se articularon en su implementación. El encuentro entre “blancos e indígenas” se actualiza en diferentes etapas de la Encuesta. Esta presentación pretende abrir la discusión acerca de la presencia del Estado como ejecutor de las reivindicaciones indígenas desde una mirada de la complejidad, rescatando las tensiones vislumbradas entre resistencia y dominio, identidad y alteridad de ambos lados de la historia.
