A (de)colonialidade em personagens de O sertanejo: Representações alencarinas à luz da Ecocrítica

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar, a partir do método da Análise do Discurso e da perspectiva Ecocrítica, as representações do sertanejo na obra O Sertanejo, de José de Alencar, dialogando com os conceitos de colonialidade e decolonialidade. Tais discursos evidenciam a predominância da colonialidade, embora se perceba, de forma incipiente, o despontar de uma visão contra-hegemônica, que busca a emancipação dos indivíduos. Logo, a Ecocrítica caracteriza-se como um campo de ideias interdisciplinares e transdisciplinares a serem exploradas, sinalizando, assim, um substrato à reflexão das relações do homem com o ambiente natural e sociocultural.
