The use of computer simulations in Physics teaching has been the target of many research in recent times and several software have been developed to assist in the teaching and learning process, both in Physics and in of Science in general. GeoGebra is a well-known interactive mathematical simulation tool, with an environment that combines elements of algebra and geometry, facilitating the programming and observation of the data inserted in it. We use it to simulate fundamental results of the
Quantum Physics, such as the ultraviolet catastrophe, the Comptom effect, the infinite square well, among others. Quantum theory is not only technically difficult, but conceptually rich, and the results presented here demonstrate the simplicity of use and the countless details that can be worked on through the tool. With that, we are induced to imagine that it can still be used in other areas of Physics, with different approaches, since it is a software with several functionalities.
