Abstract

Mamulengo de la Mancha, reinterpretation of the classic by Miguel de Cervantes, is the subject of this interview with Marcos Pena from Grupo Trapusteros Teatro. After the assembly, carried out in 2019, the text of the play was published in issue 16 of Mamulengo magazine. The interview touches on some of the most outstanding aspects in relation to the proposal to reinterpret Don Quixote de Cervantes based on the combination of the languages of Teatro de Mamulengo and Teatro de Sombras.
