Abstract

This work investigates the goals of Brazil from the implementation of a pharmaceutical plant in Mozambique. Interviews with authorities involved in the construction of the plant and documentary analysis of official publications was performed. The results indicate that Brazil seeks greater inclusion in international organizations, trying to increase South-South Cooperation.
