Abstract

In the context of China`s resurgence as a relevant actor in the International system, it is changing the relationship from that country with Africa. Chinas has played strategic role of major economic partner for most African countries, replacing old European settlers. This article will show that the process above should be understood as specific characteristic of China’s development strategy.
