A atuação da Rússia dentro do Regime Internacional de Mudanças Climáticas apresenta-se como um interessante caso para compreender as possibilidades e os desafios dessa normativa no ambiente internacional contemporâneo. O artigo considerará, portanto, a formação desse regime e como o Kremlin historicamente posiciona-se em relação a ele, a fim de perceber como essas ações impactam a cooperação internacional sobre o tema.
