Sergio Pitol e os disfarces da autobiografia

O texto analisa os últimos livros do escritor mexicano Sergio Pitol (1933), El arte de la fuga (1997), El viaje (2000) e El mago de Viena (2005), reunidos na Trilogía de la memoria (2007). Em conjunto estes textos conformam uma espécie de autobiografi a literária construída mediante uma mistura de crítica, relato de viagem e narração autobiográfica. No ensaio analiso a maneira como o escritor reconstrói sua vida por meio de suas leituras e seu processo criativo, as pistas sobre sua obra que podem ser encontradas nestes textos, assim como as principais características e antecedentes destas formas híbridas contemporâneas.
