Environment, international cooperation and climate change: the Russian Case

Abstract


Russian behavior within the Climate Change International Regime is an interesting case for comprehending this normative framework possibilities and challenges in contemporary international stage. This paper will, thus, consider this regime construction and how Kremlin historically stands on it, in order to note how these actions impact international cooperation on environment.
